DOTCOM™ Coin sells coins, notes, collectibles, books and accessories. By placing an order you confirm that the contact and delivery information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Customers under 18 should purchase through a parent or guardian.

Review the description, photographs, condition, grade and price before ordering. Collectible assessments may involve judgement; ask us for clarification before purchase. Products are subject to availability. If a listing or pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and arrange cancellation and a refund of any payment received for the affected order.

Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed in Indian rupees at checkout. The final order total is calculated by the server. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. An order is ready for fulfilment only after payment is verified. Bank-transfer arrangements, where offered, require confirmation from the store.

The published shipping and refund policies apply to orders. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier. Contact us before returning an item. The refund policy explains eligible issues, reporting steps and refund processing.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or provide false information. Purchases and deliveries must comply with applicable laws and any restrictions relevant to the item. International shipping is not offered through the current India checkout. Contact us before requesting delivery outside India.
